Minimum 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale; 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related field
English Language Requirements
TOEFL 80, IELTS 6.5, PTEA 56, Duolingo 120, TOEFL Essentials 8.5, Completion of Academic English Level 5
